Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, orders are shipped via our Free Standard Shipping method.

  • Transit Time: 3–5 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (processing + transit)

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume beyond our control.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Standard Shipping on most orders within the United States.
No additional shipping fees are applied at checkout for standard delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  2. Email the photos and your order number to info@animalventuresfl.com.

  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Each claim is reviewed individually and photographic proof may be required.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If your order has not yet shipped and you need to update the address, contact us immediately.
