Cancel Order Policy

At Animal Ventures, LLC, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation terms below.

Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing us at:

Please include your order number in the subject line for faster assistance.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once order processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

However, once the package is delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately.

If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update the address.

Once the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes and are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Refund Processing for Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved before processing or shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Your financial institution may require additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
